Terms & Conditions


We will deliver your Christmas tree on the date and time of your choice providing you have chosen the correct delivery area for your delivery address. If, due to circumstances outside our control, your delivery is delayed, we will notify you and arrange a new delivery time, usually the next available delivery time.
If no-one is available at the property to take delivery when delivery is made, a new delivery time will be arranged, and a further delivery fee may be payable.


You can cancel your order up 24 hours before the start of your delivery time. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% will be payable.


If you are unsatisfied with your tree on delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the tree free of charge.
If you have a complaint about the quality of your tree after 24 hours of delivery, you must contact us within three days of delivery. In these circumstances, if there is a geniune quality problem with your tree and providing our tree care instructions have been followed, we will replace it at no charge.

Tree care

All Christmas trees are susceptible to drying out, especially in warm or air-conditioned environments. Our Christmas tree care instructions must be followed.
